Heavy duty Diamond-Strut plank grating has all the benefits of standard Diamond-Strut safety grating, but is superior to the standard. In contrast with standard safety grating, heavy Diamond-Strut grating is manufactured by thicker metal and with larger diamond opening and deeper in channel depth. These characters increases load capability and slip-resistance, and basically eliminate accidents of falls, slides and slips. This helps improve production and save injury costs. Generally speaking, the heavy Diamond-Strut grating is perfectly used for the applications where load capability is a critical concern.

Channel depth: 2", 2-1/2", 3" & 4".
Length: 10' & 12' (custom lengths available up to 24').
Material options:
Galvanized plain steel: 9 & 11 ga.
Aluminum 5052 - H32: 0.100" or 0.150" on special order.

Diamond opening with serrated teeth for slip-resistance in all directions.
Larger diamond opening for fast drainage of fluids, mud, debris, etc.
Thicker metal and deeper in channel depth for stronger load capability.
